There are many organizations that assist you in getting your dog (and You) ready to be a pet therapy partner. Suncoast Humane Society along with Delta Society certify teams and hold events where therapy animals are needed. These events are adoption events at local pet stores, children reading to animals events and other fund raisers as well as volunteers that visit local LTC facilities.
